    EastChamberorganizein cooperation with theBritishTrade Office organizeat 10am onTuesday, February 10, 2015(Saudi BritishEnergy Week),where they meets withBritain'seconomic delegationcurrentlyvisiting the areabusinessmeninthe eastern regionof theexpanded meetingat the headquarters ofthe mainroomin Dammam.
    He saidthe Secretary General ofthe EastChamberAbdulrahman binAbdullahAlwabilthattheBritisheconomic delegationduringEnergy WeekprogramextendedtoJubail,where they will meetmembers of the delegationin Dammam-onThursday, February 12, 2015 andanother groupofbusinessmen inJubailprovince,the headquarters ofthe Chamber's branchin JubailIndustrial.
    Alwabilpointed out that theBritish delegationincludes a number ofbusinessprofessionalsin the energy, oil and gas, power generationfields, construction,marine services,and advanced engineering, consulting andtraining.
    It is noteworthy thatthe KingdomassociatedwithBritain'seconomic and strong traderelations,made itone of the mostmajor trading partnersof the Kingdom,in terms of economicand trade relationsbetween the two countriesfor manyof theagreementsare subject to, first and foremost, "an agreement to avoiddouble taxationandpreventtax evasion," wherethe Saudi BritishBusiness Councilcontributes significantly tostrengthen theserelationsand trade between theKingdom of SaudiArabia, the UnitedKingdomandthe size ofthe market reached27.7billion Saudi riyals,2013.
    SaudiexportsamountedtoBritainin 2013about11683SRmillion, representing0.8% of the totalSaudiexportsto the worldthe value,in the same year, the most importantof Saudi exportsarecrudeand productspetroleum oils,polyethylene, high-densitypolyethylene,polypropylenelowPEdensity,propane(PP),polypropylene,and other goods..on the other handthe value ofimports ofSaudi ArabiafromBritainin 2013, about16043SRmillion, representing2.5% ofthe total value ofthe Kingdom's importsfromthe world,in the same year,andincludetheseimports,many productsincludingairplanes, automobiles,medicinesand so on.
